Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

We value your participation in Awadh Art Festival and strive to ensure transparency in our transactions. Please review our return and refund policy for participation fees below. 

  1. Participation Fee Refunds

          All participation fees paid via Instamojo are considered final. Refunds will only be issued under specific circumstances outlined in this policy.

  1. Eligible Refunds

          Refunds for participation fees may be considered in the following cases:

  • Event Cancellation: If Awadh Art Festival is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Event Cancellation due to Natural Cause: In case if the Fair gets abandoned, cancelled or suspended in whole or in part by reason of any act or event that is beyond the control of the Organiser, including without limitation, an act of God or the elements, lightning, earthquake, flood or similar cataclysmic event, war, terrorist attacks, an act of public enemy, blockade, civil insurrection, riot, civil disturbance, explosion, fire, natural calamity, national emergency, labour dispute, epidemic, sabotage, or any restraint or restriction imposed by applicable laws and regulations or other acts of governmental authorities, whether central, state or local, the Organiser will repay the participation expenses paid by the Participants / Exhibitors, after deducting expenses that the organiser may have incurred till that date.
  • Date Change: If the fair is rescheduled to a date that is unsuitable for the participant, a full refund will be processed upon request.
  • Organizer Cancellation: If the organizers cancel a participant’s registration without any fault on the participant’s part, a refund will be issued.
  1. Non-Refundable Situations

         No refunds will be processed in the following cases:

  • Voluntary Withdrawal: If a participant voluntarily withdraws from the art fair after registration, the participation fee will not be refunded.
  • Non-Attendance: No refunds will be issued if a participant does not attend the event for any reason.
  • Disqualification: Participants disqualified due to non-compliance with event rules will not be eligible for refunds.
  1. Refund Process
  • Request Timeline: Participants must request refunds within 30 days of receiving notification of an eligible event (e.g., cancellation or date change).
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed directly to the participants
