Registration for any edition of Awadh Art Festival (AAF) are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made towards registration are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Participants are requested to register only after being fully certain about their participation.
Returns & Refunds for Products and Artworks
For artworks, merchandise, or other products purchased through our website:
Return Eligibility
Returns can be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• The artwork/product must be unused
• It must be in its original condition
• Original packaging should be intact
• Proof of purchase or invoice must be provided
Non-Eligible Returns
Refunds or exchanges may not be approved if:
• The item is damaged after delivery due to improper handling
• The item is returned in a used or altered condition
• The return request is made after 30 days of delivery
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork/product, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or
rejection of your refund request.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable number of working
days.
Please note that booth booking payments are strictly non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card provider or bank, as processing times may vary

Exchanges
We only replace artworks or products if they are damaged during transit or due to our error.
For exchange requests, please email us with details and images of the damage.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or an error from our side.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For valuable artworks or items, we strongly recommend using:
• Trackable courier services
• Shipping insurance
AAF is not responsible for returns lost during transit.
