AAF or the respective artists and is protected under copyright laws.

3. Artist & Exhibitor Participation
• Artists, galleries, and exhibitors applying for participation must provide accurate information during
registration.
• Submission of an application does not automatically guarantee participation. Final selection remain at the
discretion of the organizers.
• The organizers reserve the right to:
o Approve or reject applications
o Reallocate Display space if required
o Modify floor layouts or event arrangements
o Refuse participation in case of inappropriate conduct or policy violations
4. Registration & Payments
• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment through our approved payment gateway instamojo.
• We do not authorize any individual, agent or third party to collect payments on behalf of AAF.
• Payments made to personal accounts, cash transfers, or unofficial payment methods will be entirely at the
payer’s risk.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Once a participation slot is booked, cancellation and refund are generally not permitted.
• Participants are requested to confirm their availability carefully before making payment.
• In exceptional circumstances, any refund decision will remain solely at the discretion of the organizers.
6. Artwork Sales
• Artwork sales take place directly between organizer and the buyer.
• GST or taxes, wherever required will be applied
• Once an artwork is sold and payment is completed, the transaction is considered final.
7. Website Usage
• Users must not:
o Use the website for unlawful activities
o Upload harmful software or malicious content
o Attempt unauthorized access to the website
o Misuse information, images, or content available on the platform
• AAF reserves the right to restrict or block access if misuse is detected.
8. Third-Party Services
• Our website may contain links to third-party websites or payment services.
• AAF is not responsible for the policies, content or services of external platforms.
• Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of such third-party services separately.
9. Limitation of Liability
• While we make every effort to ensure accurate information and smooth event management, AAF shall not
